Excalibur Resources Ltd. has announced a share consolidation on the basis of one (1) post consolidation common share for every eight (8) pre-consolidation common shares. Any fractional shares will be adjusted up to the next whole post consolidation common share.  The record date for the reclassification is January 11, 2010.

The common shares of Excalibur Resources will trade on Thursday, January 7, 2010 on a consolidated basis.

Open orders for Excalibur Resources will be purged from the trading system at the close of business on Wednesday, January 6, 2010.  CNSX Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation. 

The common shares of Excalibur Resources Ltd. have been assigned a new CUSIP number, 30065J 20 6. The trading symbol will remain "XBR"
